Red Tornado is a DC Comics superhero, an android with wind-manipulation abilities. His first appearance was in Justice League of America #64 (August 1968).
Originally, Red Tornado's body was inhabited by an air elemental from the planet Rann. This elemental, known as Ulthoon, merged with the android body created by Professor T.O. Morrow (who had intended to use the android against the Justice League).
Red Tornado has been a member of the Justice League for many years and has undergone several reboots and revisions over the years, including various origin stories. However, the key aspects of the character remain: an android, wind powers, and a strong connection to the Justice League.
